Due to virtual learning, our students are reluctant to turn on their cameras and participate during lessons. Many tweens lack confidence and others don't want to let peers and teachers into their homes. Some students have a less than ideal living environment in the background which isn't conducive to learning. I am hoping to encourage any form of participation to help students learn and thrive during these virtual times. These awards, pencils, and bookmarks will be motivational incentives! Our students could use some excitement and appreciation and these items will help build rapport between students and teachers! Plus how exciting would it be to receive mail of your own as a tween?!
