The books I am asking for are high interest, leveled books to be added to our classroom library. Our school library is small and under-funded, leaving not many book options for students. I want to foster a love for reading but that is hard to do when books are dated and boring. Having access to high interest books that are at their level is a key component in helping my learners reach their highest reading potential. As of now, my classroom library is not at the appropriate volume to meet the varied reading levels and interests that exist in my 5th grade classroom. Having these books would be a huge improvement and get this group of students more interested in reading!
