My students are going to love having hands-on building materials to learn with! I can't wait to see their faces when the room is filled with centers where they can build, explore and imagine the world around them. It is so important for these students to have the same opportunities as all other children, and I am so excited to provide them materials that will truly enrich their learning. Donating to this project will give these low-income students an opportunity to stretch their minds through hands-on learning - something they don't get to do often enough! Currently, my students have a few building centers, where they are able to make castles with wooden blocks, a homemade (by me!) city to drive cars through and a few building brain games. With your donation, my students will be able to use creative thinking to build roller coasters and marble runs with tracks, explore the world around them with microscopes and let their imaginations run wild with the lego-like building blocks. And, of course, the possibilities are endless with the ever-popular Magnatiles! I know my students will thrive with the new materials this project will provide. Helping to provide learning materials that the students will otherwise never have access to will truly be a treat. Thanks in advance for considering our project and for helping to better the lives of our future generations!
