Last year a special education resource teacher helped me with one of my most challenging students. She let me borrow her bouncy band and I saw immediate improvement in his behavior. I am also going to incorporate them info my flexible seating arrangement; depending on the number of students who need the bouncy band. This past year, I was constantly trying to find ways to reduce distractions for my 3rd grade students. It was a daily struggle considering that midyear only 2 only our of my 4 headphones survived. These headphones will serve my students during computer time. They surround the ear, so I am hoping it reduces distractions and outlast last years headphones.
