These seating options will help my students to be free to work however is comfortable for them. Students achieve the most when they feel safe and comfortable. I have found that letting my students choose where they sit gives them a sense of safety and individuality. My students have a hard time sitting still and achieve the most when they are free to wiggle, fidget or bounce. They know what works for them, but we don't always have the budget to help them get what they need. I want my students to feel successful in there learning even if it is not the traditional way.
