I teach students ages 10-14 years old. I have some ESL students and several military students that attend my school. Our school is a Title 1 school that as of 2017 is fully accredited, *yay! We have all types of students with tons of different interests and personalities. Unfortunately, due to lack of resources we are unable to offer a variety of games and activities that appeal to students that may not be necessarily "athletic". This leaves a lot of our talented students sitting on the sidelines, bored. I would love the opportunity to get some new equipment so that I can implement some of the games and activities that I learned about at the HPE Institute at JMU this past summer. Thank you for considering, my kids are totally worth it!! The sky is the limit for them & I would love to promote lifelong fitness and give them tons of options during our daily PE class.
