Since our school's inception, we have worked tirelessly to grow our students' hearts and minds through our rich curriculum. However, there has always been a missing piece that we hope to add this year, a physical education component. We know that students need to exercise their bodies just as they do their minds and the addition of this program will only further aid our curriculum. In this program, we aim to improve students' overall health through individual and team physical activities such as jumping rope, dodgeball, and other games. We also plan to introduce nutritional education in order to teach students about the food that they eat and how it affects their bodies.

About my class
