All items in this project will support the organization and functionality of the classroom. The easel will provide support during literacy activities (poems, felt stories, large book reading, and alphabet games). Flexible seating like soft seats will create a comfortable environment for children's success. The bins will be used to organize manipulatives on the shelves creating order and unity. Our students should come to school and feel secure and excited to learn. For most of the children in Pre-K it is their first experience in a school setting. The materials in this project will support children in feeling calm and comfortable in the classroom.
