My students need to have many opportunities to hear lots of rhymes and patterns, since most of them are English Language Learners. By hearing the songs with some audible and sturdy headphones, students will be exposed to lots of new words that they haven't heard before. By being able to hear the words clearly, they can begin to read the words on the paper. By being able to gift them with items, such as sturdy headphones and a clean and crisp carpet to sit on, my students will want to learn and focus even more! Having the supplies needed, will come a long way and will allow my students to be mentally prepared. A little appreciation goes a long way to students and my students give so much. I am so proud of my students and how much effort they put into wanting to read and write!
