The Kindle Fire tablets will help my students will be engaged in educational apps that will broaden their understanding of the skills they struggle with grasping on sheet and paper. Students will be able to utilize applications and features the tablets have to offer in order to have a phonics center, practice numbers/math problems and letters/words, vocabulary, and really an infinite number of essential skills. The tablets will also allow students to explore new material, review what they have already learned, and extend beyond the curriculum. These tablets will benefit all of the students in my classroom, including my ESE and English Language Learners because it provides visual, auditory and tactile support to student achievement. The tablets can be easily transported with students throughout the classroom each day to help learning. The tablets will be easily accessible to students to promote their academic success.
