In my class, we work through science content that cannot be easily viewed. We deal with the microscopic and invisible world which can be extremely challenging for middle school students. This content area is especially difficult for those who have learning disabilities, as they need as much assistance as they can get. These iPads would be used to download interactive apps that would bring these concepts to life, and would help them not only to visualize the concepts, but to interact with them as well. This technology will impact the ease with which the content is understood which can lead to extending the concepts to much higher levels.
