It's my first time to teach a grade this young and I have nothing. Due to my husband's cancer, I can't afford to purchase much myself. I am requesting hands on learning activities for our classroom stations. I want to create a fun and happy environment for my students with stations that include hands-on and meaningful activities to help their little minds grow. I need both Math and Language Kinesthetic stations that will keep students attention and keep them learning. Building shapes, letters, numbers, and patterns out of clay or playdough allows children to use their senses as they learn. Working with puzzles and building blocks strengths their fine motor development. As students physically touch and use each item in my stations, they will be reinforcing the skills taught. I will prepare them for a lifetime of learning.
