My fourth-grade students are in need of books for my classroom library. I'm requesting a variety of books including Hoot, Dork Diaries, Flora & Ulysses, and Call It Courage. We all know the importance of encouraging students to read! By helping our class build a diverse classroom library you are helping students expand their vocabulary, improve language skills, develop empathy, and overall achieve better in school. As part of meeting our blended learning goals, students read books at their level through the Accelerated Reader program. Students read books according to their reading level and earn points by taking quizzes. My classroom library can help students explore the different worlds of literature and take them on many adventures.
