Along with co-taught gen ed. and resource classes, I also teach a new science and technology class that I had the opportunity to create this year. In this class, students have the chance to partake in team building activities, critical thinking challenges, and basic computer programming. My students use Chromebooks with their classes and many of them are familiar with their applications. This course is designed to help students build critical thinking skills in a communal environment and expose them to the area where science, technology, math, and engineering meet to produce innovating solutions to real world problems.
