Many high school students struggle with anxiety and stress. There are some students, however, who are unable to manage their stress or struggle with debilitating anxiety which can negatively impact their ability to learn. This project would tap into the power of music to help students learn to modulate their mood and improve their ability to reduce anxiety and optimally learn. Mp3 players will be provided during short breaks in the guidance office when identified students are struggling. Headphones and Mp3 players will be loaded and available as a resource for students to help them calm and return to class.

About my class
