My students are the greatest, and they have so much potential. The problem is they don't always see all of the talents they have within themselves. They sometimes come to school with the burdens of their personal lives that can sometimes limit the enthusiasm they come into the classroom with. As their teacher, I want to motivate them to want to be successful and pull out the talents I know they have deep down inside. In a school where the best books, the best technology, and even the best classrooms are not something they get to use everyday. However, in spite of this I know that I can still adequately motivate them and attempt to keep them focused on school when they are at school learning.
