Working with K-5th grade, this project will allow my students access to materials and supplies needed to succeed in science. We experiment with slime and learn why it reacts the way it does when combining certain substances together. We learn and experiment with plants and learn why and how they grow. We experiment with kinetic sand and learn how to make it, and we also learn about the cycle of life. These are just some things we will use the resources for. These items will help tremendously with my students' excitement for science! All of these resources will allow me to run my enrichment more smoothly. It gives me joy to see the excitement in their eyes. My students love science and the materials will definitely make it easier to try experiments and learn more in the process!
