I teach awesome 5th graders in a Targeted Assistance Title 1 School. My students come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, socio- economic conditions, and educational experiences. My class includes English Language Learners in the ESL program. My teaching philosophy revolves around forming relationships with my students and creating a positive classroom community of learners. Once my students step foot in my door we become a classroom of eager learners despite our many differences.
