Children read more when they are exposed to a variety of books, characters they can relate to. My goal is to provide my students the opportunity to self select books from a well stocked library. With the books you donate, students will have more current, relevant, and interesting choices about the literature they consume. I have chosen several texts with the intention of fostering a love of literature. Third grade is a critical year for readers. This year students transition from learning to read- to reading to learn. My mission is to show students they can explore our world and much more through books.
