As a child, I spent countless hours in the coziest spot of the house reading some of my favorite books. I want my students to be able to have a similar experience in my classroom. In my request, I also included two books that I know my student will love. Reading these books to my class will get students excited to find more books they love. My hope is that I can cultivate a love of reading in my students. Whether my students are sitting at their desks on a wobble chair, relaxing in the bean bag chair, or laying on the rug, my students will be enhancing their love for reading.
