First graders love technology. They feel pride and a sense of accomplishment when they see something they have created digitally and many programs offer a way to track progress with standards and skills specifically catered to their academic needs. I’d love to make it easier for them and more user friendly. They are still growing developmentally and need gadgets and tools that are easy to navigate. Having these tablets would allow them easy access to Epic, Prodigy, and SeeSaw and many more educational friendly sites. I would love creating activities that accelerate learning, while at the same time, allows them to collaborate with peers, and complete differentiated student specific assignments.
