I chose this collection of books and two chromebooks because this chapter book is filled with rich character development, detailed setting, and a complex plot for my students to develop and further their reading comprehension during our ELA time. The two chrome books will enhance learning, enabling them technology use in class through the use excel, PowerPoint slides, and google drive and google docs for projects and team presentations. These chapter books and chromebooks will help to empower and create a sense of excitement, accountability, and pride in their academic learning. They will all be able to annotate through close reading and access complex text with their individual books, while at the same time, have the use technology.
