The books in these selections will help my students fall back in love with reading. The students will learn that you can read a book for enjoyment rather than just reading because "my teacher told me to". The books will be used for the students to read independently in the classroom. Every book that is being placed in my library is handled with care. Students will be able to choose books from various genres that interest them. As well as read books on their grade level. The best way to improve reading is to simply read. Having a new classroom library filled with books my students are interested in will allow them to practice their reading. Therefore, becoming more confident readers!
