Many of my students finish their school library books before the end of the week. Furthermore, many of the school library books are outdated. I would like to give my students more updated, engaging books in their level to promote reading in the classroom. By having books that spark student interest in the classroom, students will be more motivated to read and help create a love for reading in and out of the classroom. It will also help my students build reading fluency and comprehension, as well as give a wide selection of books to read during readers workshop time.

About my class
