In today’s society, there are vast technological resources available and changing how children learn. This is especially true for mobile technology, shifting the way students learn, and providing interactive and media rich learning experience with an exciting medium. With your help, my students will be fortunate to have this technology available to them. We need six Amazon Fire 7 Tablets to enhance their reading, writing and mathematics skills. My students are developing brilliant minds but struggle to tap into their potential due to lack of proper funding and access to critical components of education, especially obtaining ever-changing technology. My hope, with this project, is that my young scholars are given a chance to make academic strides using the tools they truly deserve. Literacy and mathematics are a cornerstone to success for my students. In my classroom, I want to integrate the transformative power of technology, but YOUR help in order to do so. With these tablets, our classroom could become more equitable and accessible for my students and allow for personal and academic growth in ways that would otherwise be impossible without the help of this technology.
