I teach first grade to a fantastic group of students! First grade is their first glimpse into a full day school schedule and from day 1 they are excited about being there and growing their minds. My goal as a first grade teacher is to shape their minds into active learners. I want them leaving at the end of the year with the confidence that they are brilliant little people and all they need to do is apply themselves and they will be successful at whatever they do.
