I arrived at this continuation high school this year. We have virtually no equipment but we do have some pretty nice weight training machines that were donated by a local fitness club. I am in the process of cleaning and repairing it so our students can build some strength. We could REALLY use some cardio respiratory endurance training equipment. We are raising money to purchase some stationary bikes that would really complete our FITNESS ROOM. Cardiorespiratory fitness is an especially important area to develop and not one where many of our students possess. These exercise bikes will allow our young people to have some quality equipment to ride rain or shine.
