These novels all have a life lesson to learn. The books will be used as whole classroom novels as well as literature discussion novels. Projects will be completed at the end of the novels to show what they have learned. By loving a story, students will find themselves loving to read. One of the hardest challenges a teacher can face is finding that book that will keep everyone reading or learn to love reading. By the time my students leave my classroom, I want them to continue on their reading journey. These novels each have a different problem that the protagonist will solve. This allows my students to find different ways to solve problems in their own lives.
