These pillows will help students sit more comfortably and focus better. They can use clipboards and work in small groups or alone in a spot on the floor. They can take a pillow and find a calming spot to sit away from tables. This is flexible seating for my students. We all learn better when we are comfortable. The pillows could also be used as chair cushions, to make the hard plastic seats softer for sitting. Our multi-grade "family" group often sits in a circle on the floor, where we share about our day, and learn about and from each other.
