Many of my students respond well to doing different classroom activities. When we engage in class competitions, exploratory learning or give them a chance to show their strengths is when they thrive. By supplying my class with these requested clipboards and individual dry erase boards, it gives students opportunities to differentiate learning and get excited about class. Once students get the materials for class, there will be more opportunities for students with hyperactive disorder to stay involved with class learning, more gallery walk and group activities and more chances to check for students' understanding in unconventional ways. Students will really be able to thrive and enjoy learning and I will be able to plan more engaging activities for them without wasting other materials like paper.
