In our classroom, we currently have two iPads to share among 24+ students. Two more iPads would provide my students with the flexibility and opportunity to practice reading and math skills in exciting and engaging ways, especially during small groups. iPads would also give my students the opportunity to take ownership of their learning as they become independent thinkers. Some of my students do not have access to technology at home, so school becomes an important place for them to meet various technology needs. Each one of my students would benefit from the use of iPads in our classroom as they would provide additional resources for my diverse learners to meet his or her unique needs.
