My students need comfy seating and learning manipulatives to help foster an atmosphere of learning. Our curriculum is filled with rigor, hence the need for a comfortable environment . Having flexible seating will afford educational choices for learning. Brightly colored seating will invite my students to be comfortable while reading/working and stay focused for an extended period of time. When students are afforded comfy seating choices they tend to enjoy learning because their movements are not restricted. I am looking forward to the vibrant colors and activities we will share with our new comfy seating. We will relax, read and rock this classroom!
