I believe in giving students the opportunity to explore what we are learning in the classroom through collaboration with their classmates. I can ensure collaboration occurs by providing areas in the classroom that are organized and set up to promote collaborative learning. Providing a designated area in the classroom where students can come together to discuss and explore ideas leads to a deeper understanding of the content presented. I am eager to provide my students with a classroom conducive to learning. I can achieve this by keeping books and materials organized, and providing areas in the classroom where they can learn beyond a desk and chair. I am requesting flexible seating, book bins, and totes.
