The reading materials will make a great impact on the lives of my students by sparking enthusiasm for a variety of nonfiction text. Students will have an opportunity to discover interesting topics that can be used for nonfiction research. Students will have the opportunity to read and explore the magazines in class with peers and then take it home to build their own library of nonfiction materials. These easy to read magazines will open up their minds to a variety of cultures, how things work, where things come from, and the environment.
