Most of my students need to move around, but being in school often involves sitting and listening to learn in the classroom. These seating options will give my students a chance to be able to move while learning. Our classroom is currently under construction/remodel and it would be great for us to start with new seating for our new room! If a student finds an option that really helps them focus, they will be able to take that to use in their classroom and not just use it in my classroom. I want my students to have the option to get that movement they need while still able to complete their work and lessons in the classroom. The yoga ball chairs, under desk bikes and steppers will help the students focus. The lap desks will be especially useful when we have those computerized assessments four times a year! Last year, my students preferred to sit on the floor but had a hard time with the placement of the computers. My students will benefit from these items that will help them move and learn!
