Portfolios can chart the students success. Students will add things to their portfolio's from ELA assignments, math, social studies, and science. The students will also include community projects to their portfolios. Additionally, my students will create a presentation by year's end researching a possible career. By year's end, students will be able to look back and see the progression of their learning and will be able to share wherever life leads them. I know this may be a daunting task but I wholeheartedly believe my students will accomplish this with the support of the requested materials. The use of the paper and printer will enable my students to have the supplies needed for their projects readily available. My school only offers a very limited number of copies for the school year and without your help my students will not be able to even start the projects I want to assign.
