Everyone wants to be noticed and too often we gravitate towards what students are doing wrong. These materials will provide staff with tangible rewards for students when they notice them demonstrating pillars of character and positive behavior. When a student is "caught" being caring, respectful, responsible, trustworthy or fair on school campus they will receive a small token of appreciation. Building relationships based on positive interactions and noticing the acts of being a good citizen results in increased academic time in the classroom and less time in the dean's office.
