I am an enrichment teacher in a high-need, extremely diverse K-6 New York state school district. I work with advanced students in an attempt to meet their academic, social, and emotional needs. Students who are included in my program exhibit strong cognitive ability, task commitment, motivation, and creativity. In addition, I work with students of all abilities in the supplemental classroom program known as SWEEP (School-Wide Education Enrichment Program).
