Flexible seating will help my students new to the school and new to special education feel comfortable and at home in a new environment! Many of my students have a hard time sitting still and keeping focused on lessons, with a choice of seating this will help them stay on task and be independent. By donating to this project you will help students with focusing problems find a way to channel some of their extra energy! Having options for seating will benefit my students, they will use the wiggle seats to help get out the wiggles while staying on task! The bouncy bands will help students stay focused when working at their desk by keeping their feet busy. The wobble chairs and beanbag chairs will be a reward to help them increase their focus and work towards something. The gels seats will help students be more comfortable to wiggle out excess energy or could be used as a weighted blanket to help with focusing.
