My classroom is two half-day sessions. I can have up to 12 students in each session, with 8 students having special needs and 4 students who are typically developing peers. My AM session currently has a ratio of 5:4. My PM session currently has a ratio of 6:4. These first few weeks of school have been such a wonderful experience! Both classes have learned our classroom routine and participate in our school family song to welcome each other each day. We have been busy learning our center routines which include some of the materials donated by our wonderful donors! We thank everyone who has donated to not only our projects, but any project! Teachers are always looking for ways to improve the classroom, instruction, and abilities of our students, so the generosity goes such a long way in providing these experiences for our little ones!
