I have a class of nine wonderful, caring, sweet, hard working, talented, and loving third grade students. I could go on for days about each student and the individuality that they bring to my classroom. Pine Point is located on the White Earth Indian Reservation approximately 20 miles from Park Rapids, MN. We average a class size of about 7 students. Due to Ponsford being a high poverty community, we as teachers are responsible for providing all student materials. From pencils, to book bags, to paper, folders, and tissue boxes. The students in my classroom, and school district as a whole, are so deserving of anything and everything. They truly work hard and are so appreciative of their education, their teachers, their school and everything in between. We are a tight knit group and we respect and love each other as if we are family.
