I am a second year teacher ready to incorporate more technology in my classroom. Technology is a huge part of my students' lives and educational tools must change in my classroom to meet these needs. These five Kindle Fire tablets will improve my student's school lives by providing them with fun opportunities to learn. Third grade stresses learning multiplication facts, and they can use multiple apps on the tablets to practice their facts. My students also love the math game Prodigy. Prodigy is an engaging app because it requires students to solve math problems while having fun. The tablets will be used during station time each day and also for my fast finishers. These tablets will not only provide fun opportunities to learn but challenging ones as well.
