My students need flexible seating. Desks and chairs just don't work for everyone. We need to be able to get up and move, and have wiggle room while learning. Students will benefit from flexible seating in so many ways. The more research I've done the more I know this seating opportunity will fit my learners. They need room to wiggle while they work. Some of them will benefit from feeling safe in a cozy atmosphere. Some will be able to get their wiggles out while they work without distracting neighbors with clunky chairs and desk. Old school desks and chairs are great, but for my energetic learners they just don't work and we need a change. Change is good. You will be able to give to a child in need who struggles in a everyday setting. These kids are capable of learning, but just need a different setting than most.
