As previously mentioned, my students crave creativity during their instructional day. I will be doing lessons that combined art with math. In my grade level Geometry has a strong vocabulary of which students have trouble remember since these words are not in their daily vocabulary. We will do art using these geometric terms visually and in a kinesthetic way while learning about art. The items I requested would greatly impact my students life because they will be learning and they express themselves creatively. Students will not only make stained class art pictures, but will then move on to constructing a 3D sculpture using geometry. I requested items that are not a part of the materials provided from the school and most of our parents are not able to buy and donate to the classroom.
