The students in my classroom will be using the stability balls as a daily seating option. They will be used in conjunction with various other seating options that are already in place in my classroom. The variety of flexible seating options will allow the students to use what makes them feel comfortable, which will provide the students with the choices they need in order to take risks to grow and be successful. Providing the students with these flexible seating options will not only give them choices in comfort but provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment for these young students. Students need options in addition to regular chairs so that all needs and learning styles can be accommodated. These stability balls will continue to offer choices to meet the needs of each student in my classroom.
