Special education needs to expose students to technology. My students are not currently exposed to the 21st century tools. They need to learn and publish writing assignments. Having a computer in the classroom will be great since, they can use it as they progress through their writing. Having a printer allows us to see their publish work automatically. My special education students need to be expose to typing skills, powerpoint and other 21st century skills. Also, how to to do research on the computer. They need to be prepared for when they go to high school and the real world.
