I want to digitize our classroom. Technology is everywhere and if we want to get our students ready for the workforce, they need to be proficient in using them. These laptops will be the key to this initiative. I worked to get second-hand laptops to be donated, but the batteries are bad. They don't hold a charge and I don't have enough plugs around the classroom to have them plugged in all the time. We need new batteries! Our school has Google accounts for all students, so being able to access them and take advantage of the programs that come with it is essential for their learning. Students will submit various projects online. They will be doing lab reports, graphing and assessments online. This will happen throughout the whole school year.
