My students are a wonderful group of kindergartners who love learning. The classroom is where they have the opportunity to have fun and learn at the same time. As a teacher in a low-income, high poverty school district, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of school. Even with these challenges my students come eager to learn. They are sweet, inquisitive, and very energetic. Many of our families have recently migrated to the US. Most of them come from low income families with various cultural backgrounds and languages. My students are 18 happy and energetic kindergartners who come into school each day with a smile!
