These materials will aid my students in developing coping needs and life skills. In turn, the children will be able to focus and attend to lessons just like a typical day. Hands on materials are vital to a classroom and being able to provide materials is very difficult due to the cost. Our school curriculum supports the philosophy of learning through hands on learning and these materials would help our students reach that goal. It provides developmentally appropriate skills and offers high schoolers a chance to spend time together actively learning life skills. The goal is to have a variety of fun kitchen equipment for students to enjoy during life skills classes. We will be able to create many different types of foods independently. Thank you for your donation.
