Kindergarteners are expected to learn 2D & 3D shapes. It is important for them to understand how these are related to each other but difficult to teach without proper manipulatives. I can just imagine how these shapes will be preferred by my students over any technology that is in my room. I can't wait to see the creative designs that the students develop. As an added bonus, the students will begin to understand basic principles of magnetic poles. "Play is the highest form of research." Albert Einstein With these tools, my students will be given the opportunity to research and learn as they should: through play! Thank you for your consideration !
